These ovens have maximum temperatures of 300 °c with connected loads of 6.2 Kw (8.5 HP). (415 VAC, 50 Hz) and weight of 4000 Kg. Available with tray size of 600 mm x 800 mm (23.5” x 31.5”), the working capacity of the Bakery Oven B-2200 on per Batch basis comprise Bread 400 gm (840 Loaves - 4 Trolleys x 14 Shelves), Sponge Cake (300 kg - 4 Trolleys,56 Trays), Buns (45 gm 2520 Nos. - 4 Trolleys, 72 Trays), Biscuits (112 kg - 4 Trolleys, 72 Trays), Dry Rusk (100 to 112 kg - 4 Trolleys,72 Trays) and Khari (68 kg -4 Trolleys, 72 Trays).
